My name is Njeri, leader of NAZO Collective. I am a designer and healthcare operations professional with over six years building complex systems, improving client experiences, and creating AI-integrated tools at scale. I also have been an avid knitter and crocheter since I was 8 years old. Those decades of fiber arts experimentation and experience will apply to my design process as well.
