My name is Njeri, owner of NAZO Collective. I am a UX/UI designer and healthcare operations professional with over six years of healthcare and insurance workflows, improving client experiences, and now creating AI-integrated tools at scale. I also have been an avid knitter and crocheter since I was 8 years old. Those decades of building with my hands will apply to my design process as well. Both operations are respected. Every project is the same job: taking something dense and intelligent, then making it usable.
Six years in healthcare account management taught me what people actually struggle with: not the technology, but the language and trust around it. That is the thread through everything I build now, from a benefits agent that explains a member’s plan in plain words to an AI-image detector that refuses to overclaim.
I work across UX, product, agentic AI, web, and healthcare tools, usually end to end: strategy, design, copy, and the build. I use AI where it is strongest, for scale, speed and the parts worth automating, and my own hands and judgment where they are, for craft, taste and the calls that should not be automated.
